- What is your return policy?

Should you receive a defective product you can return it within 3 days of receipt for a store credit. All sales are final, thus we offer store credit, but no refunds. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Are there Exceptions ?

We cannot accept the return of any item that has been used. Certain individual products are exempt from this return policy, as marked on the product pages. We cannot accept returns for monogrammed or custom-made items.
